Honey Curry Chichen



A friend of ours shared this recipe with us. It's really easy and very good. It stained our pan that we made it on, so you might want to use an old pan.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup butter
3 tsp. curry powder
3 pds boneless, skinless chicken

Bake at 350 degrees. Baste the chicken on the top and cook for 20 min., turn over the chicken and baste on the bottom, then bake another 20 min.

note: Our oven cooks fast so I cooked the other side for only 15 min.
