This soup is delicious. I got this recipe from Jill Hancock's family. When we were growing up in Rexburg, Jill always called me when her mom would make it. Absolutely love it.
Ingredients:
4 c. cauliflower
1/3 c. flour
1 c. sliced carrots
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2-1 lb sausage
2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. Velveeta
Cook vegetables in water till tender; set aside (do not drain). Brown sausage and onion. Drain and add flour, salt, and pepper. Gradually add milk to sausage and flour mixture. Stir constantly until you bring it to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 more min, add vegetables and stir in cheese.
